Normally my husband and I order from here all the time but today we got delivery and his sandwich has absolutely no meat. He gets the Beach Club which has extra turkey on it. But he got nothing at all. Proof of order in pictures.
I ordered a number 12 not a cheese sandwich. I brought it back immediately and 3 people saw no issues with it. The manager made excuses it was how the arranged the meat. There is no meat to rearrange. I will not be back!!!
Had a great experience with employee Julien; my favorite JJs location when visiting
Order taker never submitted our order. After 3 people, who came in after us, received their orders, I asked staff about our order. Even after we asked about our order, they continued to fill out two more orders. We never received an apology. One employee offered us a free drink! The staff could use customer service training. The whole atmosphere in the store was unfriendly. We will not be back.
Employees are unfriendly and I didn’t even get a bag for my order. Just just handed me my sandwich. Going to just stick to mobile ordering so I don’t have to worry about carrying everything without a bag. 🙄
