I like the food, price it’s very good and customer service :)

I’ve been dying to try Jimboys but would definitely recommend any other location due to the staff here. The manager had our party (including children) eat outside in 40 degree weather because “the bathroom was out of order”. We politely requested to quickly eat inside then leave, we don’t need to use the bathroom but she said she wouldn’t make any exception and it was the rule. (?) We quickly ate outside in the freezing cold but saw TWO different employees use the out of order bathroom while we were outside (!?). They also left out part of our order, but at that point we had no interest in going back inside and interacting with the staff after the already negative interactions they gave us. It was a disappointing first experience since we were visiting family and they had talked up this

I ordered two avocado chicken salads. What I got was a plastic bowl full of lettuce with some brown avocado a few olives four slices of mushy tomato and chicken that tasted like it came from a can. I was given two spoons to eat my two orders of avocado chicken salad with. Not only did it taste bad it was almost $10 per plate. This was the worst dinner I could imagine. And it didn’t even taste decent or fresh. I will not return to Jimboys again!

My second experience with Jimboy's. First time I had a burrito and sat inside. This time I really wanted to try the crunch tacos. As I was eating the tacos I became lost in the fact dogs probably eat better at this point in time. The meat was a soft fleshy amalgamation of protein and greasy in a cube form. I see the future and all signs point to diarrhea.
