Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered a sub for dinner around 7pm and specifically asked for soft 🍞. I stated I didn't want flaky bread, and the remainder of the order process went well. When I arrived home, I was highly disappointed 😞 to discover hard, flaky 🍞.I called the following day to express my dissatisfaction, the female staff member told me to be mindful in the future the 🍞 will be like this in the evenings, and to come in today and the sub would be remade at no charge. Our conversation went well. I arrived at the store about 3 hours later and decreetly recalled the situation to the cashier. Then, another staff member told me he was aware, but I could only receive a 10% off coupon on my next order. I told him that wasn't what I was told, and he stated it was corporate policy, and I can call back again tom

Food is always fresh and the staff is always happy and smiling. A large without meat will run you about 15 dollars which is to expensive. Never had a bad experience at this location.

I wish I could give a lower star rating. The manager and the employee were just arguing about who was going to make my sandwich while I stood there for 5 minutes. I just walked out. Do not waste your time at this Jersey Mike’s. Which is such a shame because Jersey Mike’s has the best sandwiches.

Great customer service and the staff is very nice. The food was good and fresh.

Awesome job. I always order from this store. Never get bad service or food. One time order was slightly mixed up but not bad, I called and when I checked my bank statement, I had been refunded the entire amount of my order! Love the staff there! Very nice folks
