Jersey Mike's Subs

it has been years since i last had jersey mikes... was excited to have JM here in Westport. halfway into eating my sandwich, i bit into a piece of plastic about 3x2" in size right in the middle of my sandwich. i may have eaten some plastic before i discovered because i was starving and ate the first half of the sandwich quickly. ughhhh see the picture i have attached. this is what i pulled out from the middle of my sandwich. edit: i returned to the location to request a refund. i was met with resistance about refunding my chips and the tip that i left. the store manager was arguing that there was no problem with the chips. so i should pick around the plastic and my half eaten sandwich to finish the chips that was intermingled with my sandwich because they didn't have plastic in them??? h

I had the pleasure of visiting Jersey's Mike in Wilton, CT, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The bread was freshly baked and had the perfect amount of chewiness. The meats and cheeses were high-quality, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The staff was friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

Jersey Mikes is normally good but I guess in different locations, this location is the worse by far. I came to this location a week ago and it was bad service and customer service and this week I decided to give them another opportunity and was worse. They didn't even asked me if I needed anything on my sandwich so they did it they way they wanted and at the end when I paid I asked him to get me the small drink and the chips and of course they gave me the big drink and they charged me for the BIG DRINK. I didn't even complain at that point because there were people waiting in line for more than 15 minutes and I felt bad on complaining because i would have taken more time for them to order. Really BAD SERVICE ! That was the last time.

First time customer and definitely my last. There were 4 team members behind the counter at 1:00pm on 3/18 (one cashier with wavy brown hair and 3 food prep staff- two guys/1 girl). There were only two customers ahead of me, and the first customers order was already in progress as I walked in. Second customer ordered a wrap and two small subs. I ordered a large sub. The food prep staff was pleasant but not organized. It took 20 mins for my order to be prepared. After ringing me up for my order then the cashier decided to step in with food prep and began to add an ungodly amount of oil to my sub, that I did not ask for. I told her repeatedly to stop but was ignored. She wrapped my sandwich even as I spoke directly to her and told her it had too much oil and I didn’t want it. She ignored me

Wonderful customer service, great food, and all for a great price. I’ve been going to jersey mikes for a while and I’ve had many exceptional experiences. For example the lemonade machine wasn’t working and so the cashier gave me a coupon for a free drink and snack. Every time I’ve been there they have maintained this exceptional standard.
