Jersey Mike's Subs

Worst service ever. I was there today around 5:30 pm, I noticed they turned off the sign to avoid customers because they didn’t have any bread. I asked them when the bread will Be ready and one of the employees replied : 50 minutes, and the other replied 15 minutes. I told them that I will be back in 15, I went back after 20 minutes and as I entered they received a large order and they refused to sell me sandwich by saying that they still don’t have any bread ready, but they had the breads ready and just refused the service. I will definitely not going back to this place. Short staffed and un-professional.

The employees were friendly, the lady that made my sub followed directions very well but they ran out of white bread which completely changed the taste of my sandwich. Almost didn't order but I was already too committed. That's like Popeyes running out of chicken or McDonald's running out of hamburgers I'm sure its happened but it shouldn't.

Jersey Mike’s is too expensive for what you get. The prices are so high for a couple of scoops of tuna. I even got a mini for my 2 year old, who only eats the meat inside of the bread. 3 pieces of turkey are not enough for a hungry toddler. Embarrassing to get so little for so much.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt by returning a few times after I noticed that they’ve greatly reduced the size of the sandwiches. The meat is now three think slices as opposed to the generous mountains they used to give. What used to be a large handful of lettuce is now 1/4 of that. 3 circles of onion and they always ask if I’d like the bacon and avocado when I order a sandwich which is specifically that sandwich because it has bacon and avocado. It’s like asking if you’d like the tuna fish when you order a tuna fish sandwich. The old guy is clearly the owner of this location and cuts every corner he can to lower the value of the sandwich. I’m through. It’s too bad. It used to be a good place to eat.

I need to stop ordering on-line at this location. They do NOT follow the notes or special instructions or anything on the on-line order and seem to always get the order wrong. Today was no exception. I unchecked the boxes for condiments and asked in special notes/instructions for them to be on the side as the sandwich was for someone I am picking up at the airport. That way the sandwich didn't get soggy. And sure enough - they put it on the bread. The guy said....I can make it over, but didn't bother since I needed to get on the road to get to the airport. NO more tips for Jersey Mike's anywhere upon ordering. I will bring cash and IF the order is made correctly (obviously not at this location since I won't be going back), I will give a tip then. So disappointing.
