Upon entering Norma who was working, joyfully greated us and several other customers that came in. She was so sweet and so pleasant. She honestly made the atmosphere and the whole vibe just a happy place to be. The food was great and Norma made everything even better with her kindness! Everyone else working were also very kind and did a great job. Peoples attitudes can definitely make a difference and everyone there and especially Norma just made it a great experience. 😊

This place has amazing service… John was so kind and fast at his work even when it was the entire college team that got sandwiches. They worked fast and efficiently and were very fast with what they had and not many people working. I know they had a lunch rush and ran out of bread but they were accommodating with suggesting wraps and bowls. Great place to go!

Pleasant staff , seriously nothing but respect. Just got a sun my card for some reason was not working, guy just said its on us today . I get it it's only 12 bucks but it's being kind to others is what's life is about . Food wise the veggies are fresh and you can not always say that about all locations

We Ordered food from here on Sunday 9/14, we did a mobile pick up. We picked it up about 8:30 PM. I don’t know if the employees were in a rush to get out that night but all four of our subs were completely drenched in vinegar and oil not just the normal amount like four times the normal amount, when I asked for it all to be on the side. Two of the subs had the wrong toppings, and the one sub that was supposed to have No oregano had it all over. The worst thing about this whole situation is I didn’t online complaint to come to find out nobody at the store cares at all. I requested a follow up and I haven’t heard anything. I called Then on Monday to follow up only to hear I could leave a message for the regional director and they would call me back. What a joke never heard from them. I am di

ALEX KNOWS HOW TO MAKE THE BEST HAM AND CHEESE SUB IVE EVER HAD AND IM 24 YEARS OLD. Unbelievably friendly, fantastic service. Will be coming there every time and MUCH more often. Will be telling everyone about my FANTASTIC experience!!!!! They really are one sub above
