I don’t know who’s doing the hiring at this location but I hope this review helps with new hiring! We eat at many locations and this was the worst experience we ever experienced. The sandwich was Disgusting and the people more disgusting. It was like they didn’t want to be bothered with making the sandwich and never asked how do we want our sandwich. I’m very disappointed with the lack of service I received. I should have got my money back for this very disgusting services. Jersey Mike’s, I am a loyal customer and I cannot believe this happened.

Second time dining here and I’m so not disappointed with my food. The sandwiches are always fresh and hitting the spot. This store is clean and the staff is always hard at work providing great customer service It’s the little things.

The staff greeted us instantly. The person taking our order was very helpful, this was our first time here. Upon checking out, using points, the cashier explained the steps that were taken to ensure a positive experience. The sandwich was massive in size.

You know I do love my cheesesteaks and Jersey Mike’s is so consistent everywhere you go. And the staff they hire or some of the nicest people and boy are they productive with getting sandwiches out congratulations.

Ordered over the phone because online ordering wasn't available here. Grabbed Dunkin across the hall and ate and drank coffee while waiting. The order took at least 30 minutes to be ready. My two side orders of pickles were missing. The old aged cashier seem moody because she had to get them.
