Jersey Mike's Subs

The people who work here are nice but they constantly mess stuff up. If you are not hovering over them while they are making a sandwich they will mess it up even if you just told them. Idk what they do with their online orders but they mess at least one of ours up almost every time. The bread is always burnt now to this place was pretty good when it opened but not anymore. They use way to much sauce even if ask for light sauce

Let me first off by saying I’ve been waiting for this opening for forever! Getting a Jersey Mike’s in town is like getting a slice of heaven. I’m super impressed first of all with the manager. He was in the trenches, in line, taking people’s orders! He had an entire Jersey squad behind the counter working, and he was super friendly and efficient. The location is next to Target and though it was busy, it didn’t feel “crowded.” There is also a lot of seating! I feel badly that I had a lot of modifications, but my sub turned out perfectly. A regular size Sub is about 7 inches, and it ran about $10 and some change. I don’t know the size of a Mini or Giant. I ordered a chicken Philly, and substituted Swiss cheese for American cheese, and added portobello mushrooms, and ranch, and had grilled ma

I am a regular costumer here at the Moscow Jersey Mikes. I was rudely greeted by the red headed lady behind the counter. Was thrown constant attitude when I was telling her what I would like put on my sandwich. It then was done incorrectly and I had to politely correct her. When telling her that I wanted to modify my hot sub I was again rudely corrected with an eye roll. I then waited for my hot sub for 30 min which has never happened before as well as costumers behind me getting there order before me. There was a gentleman there that was very kind and helped me in multiple ways didn’t catch his name, long ish hair glasses, earrings in both ears. But just overall unpleasant service for time reasons and red headed ladies costumer service.

Excellent service and very friendly staff! Always a good experience every time my partner and I visit. They don’t participate in the Veterans Day discount, but they do offer a 10% veteran/military discount every day, which I think is okay. The tables do get dirty from time to time, however they keeps the bathrooms clean, which is good.

Perfect grocery routine: 1. Download Jersey Mike’s App and order a sub for pickup. 2. Go go winco and do your grocery shopping. 3. Sub is ready for pickup by the time you’re done shopping, probably before because this Jersey Mike’s is wicked fast. Easy peasy. Best club subs in town, simple as!
