Jersey Mike's Subs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped in during the Sunday lunch rush, and despite the crowd, the line moved impressively fast. The shop was spotless, and the customer service was truly exceptional—kind, energetic, and welcoming from start to finish. Ordered the Ham and Provolone, and it absolutely lived up to the “Sub Above” motto—fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and made with care. Definitely a go-to spot for a top-tier sandwich and outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Jersey Mike's is a staple sub sandwich place in New Jersey. Unlike other places, you get to see your sub built right before you which would include freshly sliced meats. They also have a grill to make hot sandwiches like cheese steaks. The staff here is extremely friendly and the dining area is kept very clean. While there are grab-and-go places that may be slightly cheaper, I don't think that their sandwich ingredients are as fresh.

A week ago, I had a fantastic experience at this Jersey Mike’s. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Today, however, I had a terrible experience. I drove past two other Jersey Mike’s on my way to this one because of the excellent service I had the previous week. But today, I was greeted by a rude female employee at the counter. She walked away while I was ordering and started making my sandwich in her own way. I was ordering two sandwiches that were different from “Mike’s Way.” The cashier asked if she had given me a ticket, and he had to walk back to her twice to make changes because she wouldn’t listen. I won’t be returning to this location.

The manager was cleaning the ceiling, signs, lights and windows. Very nice to see this, the store was very clean and tidy. The food is always delicious and the staff very friendly. Very fast paced and knowledgeable. I love coming here to eat. I'm always satisfied and full when I'm leaving. Great place to eat. Very clean and inviting. Keep up the great work!!

This store typically gets it right, which is why this experience stood out. On 02/05/2026, the bread on the sandwich I purchased was clearly old and stale. I called the store and spoke with the manager to share the issue. He dismissed the concern outright, saying it was not possible, and the interaction came across as rude and condescending. Overall, this was very disappointing, especially given my prior positive experiences.
