The best thing about our experience here was the friendliness of the curb side servers.

If you prefer a SALAD, make sure they actually put lettuce on it. Ive had several that were great, and I just got two where I'm looking for any lettuce. Very disappointing

I've gone to location in Chapel hill, I live 5 mins from 15-501, but Hillsborough location is by far the best location. They are soo nice. Everyone I've encountered. My sandwich is always made perfect, even with my special notes added, and they don't overdrench my sandwich with oil & vinegar and I LOVE THAT! I will drive 5mins out my way to go to this location after I leave school before going back home to chapel and going to JM at the CH location.

Didn’t plan on leaving a review here, but this was the friendliest Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Everyone was kind, smiling even smiling behind masks. My food was delicious and it was worth getting off the freeway and driving a mile away. Excellent customer service, friendly and warm. Great to know there are still people who care about giving customers a wonderful experience.

Update 5/9/25: Received response from manager. Everyone has a bad day. Totally willing to give them a shot again. Appreciate the response. I disagree that this is a reasonable amount of mushrooms on a mushroom only sub if that is the protein source and main filling. Update 5/8/25: Quality has gone waaaaaay down. Employees too busy talking to acknowledge customers, a JOKE of a sandwich (see disgusting photo). I emailed them to give them a chance to make things right but didn’t hear anything back. Obviously the poor quality starts at the top. 😩 ——————————/ Like bc all Jersey Mike's, this place is great. If you order a veggie sub, they clean off the slicer before slicing your cheese. The subs are better than anywhere else, and the people are always friendly.
