This place is the absolute best! everything is fresh and sliced right in front of you. Probly the best sandwiches I've had in all of heber!! and they are super friendly and helpful. If you ever have any questions or issues they will make sure everything is perfect! I highly recommend this place! You guys are amazing!

Update: Since my original review, I’ve had many positive experiences at this Jersey Mike’s location. The management team reached out and showed genuine care in resolving the issue, which really impressed me. Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how you handle them that matters — and they handled it exceptionally well. I’m happy to be a returning customer, and I now highly recommend this location for both the quality of the food and the customer service. I had a very poor experience at this Jersey Mike’s. I placed and picked up an order, but when I returned to work (15 minutes away), I discovered that only one of the sandwiches was in the bag. Excellent value with large food portions & ingredients that are extremely fresh, with a wide variety of sandwiches to choose from. Refreshing to experience exceptional customer service with employees & local owners that genuinely care & are here to support & serve our community! (Not to mention that it's EXTREMELY clean!!!) This business is first class from A-Z. Plenty of convenient parking right by the new Smith's which is an added bonus! We’re loyal customers of Jersey Mike’s in Heber City and order from them at least once a week. Last night, we decided to have our order delivered through DoorDash. Unfortunately, my go-to favorite, the Grilled Portobello Mushroom & Swiss, wasn’t showing up on the menu. I called the store to check, and that’s when I got the heartbreaking news: this incredible sandwich is being discontinued. As a vegetarian, it’s so rare to find takeout options that are hearty, flavorful, and satisfying — and this sandwich has been exactly that. Losing it would honestly be such a huge disappointment. That being said, I need to give a huge shoutout to Hannah at the Heber City location. She was absolutely amazing! Had the worst experience today at the Jersey Mike’s in Heber. First of all, the girl adding toppings to my sandwich was not paying attention to me and was so slow and was literally looking out the sides of her eyes at all of her coworkers, trying to listen to what they were saying and not paying attention to the order she was making for me. In addition, and I go to this location a lot, at least once a week, she put 14 shakes of oil on my sandwich (I counted) because she wasn’t paying attention. So much oil by the time I got home the bread was complete mush. Next, when I was checking out, the same girl who put the toppings on, put my sandwich on the bare countertop and there it sat while I checked out. No one wrapped it and when I asked why it wasn’t being wrapped the guy at the counter sa
