Jersey Mike's Subs

This location is always great, but recently they really went, dare i say, a sub above! I ordered two subs for takeout at a specific time and when I showed up at that time only one of the subs were made. There was a slight miscommunication between some team members about what time the hot sub needed to be ready by. I used to work food service, so I totally understand this stuff happens. They apologized immediately and got right to making it on the grill. I was totally fine with waiting and I didn't complain or anything, but despite that they still gave me a free fountain drink and cookie for my troubles without me even asking. I didn't even have to wait that long either, the sub was done in like 2-3 mins. Outstanding customer service as always from this location!

I've been here a few times now and I have to say it's a disappointing sub experience. The cold cuts taste like the pressed poor quality meats. The turkey is a big let down and the subs are super skimpy with a high price tag. Not worth going when sub shops like Lindys are so good and close by. The steak sub here is pathetic and all bread.

I go here a lot because it's convenient but tonight I was extremely disappointed. I got a big JM steak & cheese and it was so skimpy. I don't know what the person on the grill did but this is the smallest large sub I ever got from JM's. We moved all the cheese steak to one side & cut it in half & threw away the extra bread. Love paying $18.20 for mostly bread sub🙄. The JM original Italian sub we got was great though.

Super bummed because I’ve been a jersey mikes lover for awhile and I unfortunately was one of the people that got food poisoning recently. I got a turkey provolone sub on 12/23/2025. Got super sick with a fever, diarrhea, throwing up on Christmas Day.

A friend recommended this sub shoppe saying that the sandwich 🥪 he had was a 9.5 out of 10. I asked why not 10? He said nothing is a 10, other than himself. Curious about his recommendation and that I visited the Jersey Mike's in Newburyport, I stopped by and ordered a Big Kahuna Chicken 🐔 Cheese Steak.It did taste good 😋. Ordering was easy. I saw a curbside delivery and the staff, all nine of them, possibly more, hustling to fill counter and online orders. Staff members that I encountered were very friendly. Facemasks are optional. Hand 🧤 sanitizer available. Only issues; the food is rather pricey. But with the disruption with supply, rising costs in transportation, meats and employment due to Covid-19, I can understand the costs involved in running a business. Another issue, the place is
