The Czar's Brewery

1st time. Brown Ale was delicious and the wife really enjoyed the Pilsner. Split the “Chi” dog. Very good. Small and quaint inside. Great find. Will be back.

Czar's Brewery in Exeter, NH for a flight of some great crisp dark traditional offerings & a pint of something hazy. It's been over a year or so since I have made my way here, but I'm always happy to come back. Exeter has become a great brewery hub with four different breweries, each with their own distinct styles. A Russian themed brewery, Czar has some delicious ales & lagers with maybe two IPAs on tap at once if that. Definitely carving out a nice niche for themselves with a good following that allowed them to open up a second taproom in Dover, NH which I have yet to visit. A rare find indeed! The owner is has a great story about how he started and how the community came together to help make his business survive during 2020. The staff were so friendly, there was no pressure about anything from anyone. We love our games and wow they have a bunch! Then the food, it was amazing!! When we were looking for places, this place didn’t show up on any results. We stumbled upon the place by walking by. In an odd way that is usually how you find the best places. I will definitely come again!

Excellent selection of Ales and Lagers with a great balance of styles. Deli style sandwiches, salads and nibbles to compliment the 14 or so tap offerings. Some cocktails, wines and prosecco. NA or AF selections available. Good conversations, pub atmosphere and family friendly. Mug club perks for those joining the Nobility.
