Jersey Mike's Subs

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch bowl and thought that meant a salad. I even asked the person taking the order if it was a salad. When I got home the "salad" had about a 1/4 cup of lettuce. The meat and bacon were the normal amount you would get on a sub, which is fine, but that's all it was. I called and asked about it and the guy told me I would have had to ask for extra lettuce. I told him that I had asked for a salad. He said what I got was the "norm" for what I ordered. I could have picked it up in one small hand. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review but this was really unbelievable. Very disappointed and will not be going back. The pictures don't really show how small it was. First time here was better. We got take out today and my bacon ranch chicken sandwhich was mostly bread. My husband got a classic Italian and it was loaded up with meat. You can't see them make the hot sandwiches and say anything while waiting so not sure if thats the problem. For the price all their sandwiches should be more than just bread. Still tastes good, but not worth it if this trend continues.

Sandwich barely had any filling in it. This is not the first time. Also, the lady behind the counter has all the mobile orders behind the counter. She makes you wait and then ask you your name and grabs your order and hands it to you. Over 10 yrs I've ordered jersey mikes and I have never had to do anything but walk in and grab my order and leave. It's a bit embarrassing the way this jersey mikes in elizabethton is managed. This is definitely the worse jersey mikes I've been too. It's not the first time this place of business has had horrible pr and food quality. But it's safe to say it'll be the last time for me. I'll drive all the way to bristol before I go here again.

This place is great. Just like most of the others with exception of the one in Morristown. Most location do a great job and have ordered from this location a number of times with no disappointment.

I think Jersey Mike's makes the best subs. Great variety of clod and warm sandwiches to fit your mood. I think I could eat one every day.
