Jersey Mike's Subs

I really like this Jersey Mike’s Subs in Denver, NC. It’s always clean here, and the guys prepare everything perfectly, following all the right steps. The sub I always order tastes fresh and made just right every time. The staff is friendly, the place feels pleasant, and honestly, no other sub place even comes close. Highly recommend!

Bill W's review is right on the money! We both pop into a lot of places in the Lake Norman area and we don't always agree--he's more strict than me. But we definitely agree here. I have been working all day and was seeking lunch at 6:25 p.m. When I walked in, one dude was clearly disappointed a customer walked in. I ran to the bathroom to give them time to finish what they were doing and gave benefit of doubt. When I returned, neither of them even looked up, and one had earbuds in. Who the hell trains this staff? This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I love Jersey Mike's in Sherills Ford, the two in Mooresville, and the one in Huntersville is solid. So I went to get me a sandwich around 1pm today I walk in to order my food and the woman who took my order was not friendly at all her face and body language was if she were mad about something or she didn’t really want to be there today. I’m one of those people who hardly ever complain at all but this lady even when she was cutting the meat for my sandwich was a little aggressive and as a paying customer that don’t sit well with me. I understand we all have bad days or may be having a challenging moment but you should still stay professional when dealing with your customers. The other employees were cool but she was not pleasant at all. My sandwich was good though.

I go to jersey mikes a pretty good bit and the people working in here were absolutely horrible to work with!! Zero customer service! Very rude and acted like they didn’t care to be there or to certainly help us!

Food was fantastic but the entire staff was so rude to us. We were just trying to order three simple subs, no modifications, and get out. They all were condensing and acted like we didn’t belong. Not one to complain about this much but will not be going back.
