Underwhelming basically sums it up. 12 bucks for a grinder less than 8 inches... much rather go to the deli in Bozrah. But I will say... the kids size grinder for full sized prices did taste good and service was on point.

Food and layout for ordering in there is awesome. Every online order is wrong though. Make workers check tickets because I've ordered here since opening and request no mayo and every time there is mayo on the requested sandwich. We're talking well over 12+ orders considering we live close by and the quality is great tasting! Make the workers produce the RIGHT quality and correct order for the ticket over speed. Also oil/vinegar ratio for a side order is atrocious. 50/50 or even 60/40 oil to vinegar ratio is good. Not a 90/10 oil/vinegar ratio. Love the franchise other than local issues!

I just 💕 the Big Kahuna, (The meat tastes out of this world) I get the Giant size cuz I'm hungry 😄 +$10. something additional to the $13for the 8 inch. It was good but expensive, I would eat here more often if I could afford it. 😂

I recently placed an online order for two boxes of subs and some other subs, and everything was fantastic! Our guests, including 6 vegetarians, were extremely impressed with the quality and taste. Ordering and hosting the party was so easy! We had all the sides and extras we needed. The follow-up call the next day was a nice touch. The customer service was top-notch! 😊 This will definitely be my go-to party hosting solution from now on.

Had an absolutely delightful experience today. Staff we’re all happy and smiling and welcoming and friendly and asked questions and it was a delight! In this negative terrible world we live in props to Jersey Mike’s Colchester.
