Jersey Mike's Subs

We usually go to the store and order our sandwiches there...but tonight I ordered online and went to pick the food up. We opened our sandwiches and each one had maybe a small pinch full of shredded lettuce and one or two slivers of onion and the Mike's way was barely there. Totally disappointed... I think maybe bc it is a to go order and they just throw it together to get the order done. When you are there in person they do a much better job. We love Jersey Mike's and treat ourselves once a month so we want it to be good. Won't order online ever again!

Went. nobody but me in the whole place. I was never acknowledged; greeted or even asked for my order. The guy behind the counter just totally ignored me. I will not be back. I would give no stars if possible. I work for one of the largest companies in this area. I will tell all of my coworkers this place is a "no go".

Tonight was my second worst experience at Jersey Mikes in Cibolo TX. I have ordered 2 hot sandwiches from there and both times the employee on the grill screwed my order. I learned from my first experience to check my sandwich before I left. I was so disappointed that my son again was not prepared the way that I ordered it. And when I show the manager Hunter, who was on shift. All he did was open my sandwich shop and saw that I was missing onions and then just threw some on there and didn’t even wrap my sandwich back up or offer me a new sandwich from the beginning. Poor customer experience overall.

Really good sub with one caution area - some of the sandwich makers go 1000000% all in for Mike’s Way with that oil. Even if you say “easy oil please”, you’re getting a very heavily, well oiled sub. It’ll slide out the paper package and straight down to your belly, no chewing necessary. You might need a bath and deep clean of your eating area after navigating all the oil. Don’t dare attempt consuming this in your car on your lunch hour or in your workplace. It’s slippery.

Arrived shortly after the grand opening (1/24) so the place was pretty packed. The service was wonderful. Each staff member, even though slightly overwhelmed were very friendly and efficient pumping out orders for not only in store customers but also mobile orders. Will definitely be back for not only the delicious sandwiches but also the friendly/ welcoming service.
