Jersey Mike's Subs

Order uber eats for 2 giant Italian subs for $50+ what I received was truly shocking the sub meat is super thin, more of a bread and lettuce sub. Wawa put more meat on there sub than Jersey Mike's. The quality of sandwich is disappointing its sad. This is it fir $22.

The server was rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason, even though I was being polite the entire time. When it was my turn to order, she asked what I wanted in a very short and snappy tone. I told her I wanted a #43. She looked annoyed and said, “A Big Kahuna.” I said, “No, 43 Chipotle,” and she responded with “Chicken or steak?” again with attitude. I was genuinely confused by her demeanor. After the sub was finally ordered, I held my hand out for the ticket, and instead of handing it to me, she placed it on the counter. Completely unnecessary and in my culture that is disrespectful. Customer service here is seriously lacking.

Been going there for two years now. The staff is always courteous efficient and pleasant to deal with. The food is consistent and the store is clean! Never a bad experience.

Food is okay but the customer service needs a lot of work. If it weren’t for the rain today I would’ve gone right past this location to Clinton where I’m greeted properly & have a much more pleasant & consistent customer experience.

Food was ok I’m just not a fan of restaurants not willing to make a sandwich the way a customer requests…
