I had a wonderful experience at Sardis! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming and well-organized. Skarlett truly stood out—she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure the dining area stayed clean and orderly throughout our visit. Her hospitable personality and constant smile made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. I’m not sure why the Capitol Heights location doesn’t cook their chicken properly. I ordered a whole chicken, and it was undercooked, which is unacceptable and a health concern. It was disappointing, and I honestly felt bad that the chicken wasn’t even cooked right. The Sardi’s in Clinton does a much better job—their chicken is always fully cooked, well-seasoned, and consistently good
