Jersey Mike's Subs

We stopped on a road trip to the shop in Boise, Idaho. The place was clean and we were welcomed in. We ordered 2 sandwiches, one being a #9, I was told it doesn't come with bacon and i could pay extra for it, I questioned them as it says on the menu that it does. After a couple back and forth questions and having to correct the order we paid and left.

Placed an online order around 11:45. Pickup time 12:15. Arrived a little early at 12:10 but didn’t walk out the door with my order until 12:42. I have a 30 min lunch and work down the street, I had a Single regular Sandwich, chips and a drink. 32 minutes standing in line at the online order pickup. And I wasn’t alone waiting for online orders.

I LOVE Jersey Mike's. But this location is a toilet. Filthy. The two young men working on the evening of Sunday September 21 were incredibly unprofessional and unsanitary. The counters were filthy. The layers of old food under and around the stained cutting boards had been there a long time. Stale rolls littered the kitchen. Keeping the plastic gloves on, one answered the phone then kept the unsanitary gloves on to prepare the sandwich. It was repulsive. I was shocked. The sandwich was sloppy and wrapped loosely and the other fellow dumped so much oil and vinegar on it that the whole thing was a soggy mass by the time I got home. Do yourself a favor. Go to the Kuna or 2 Nampa locations for an authentic Mike's experience. Clean. Professional. Delicious. This other location is a DISGRACE

Changing my rating and not coming back. Just walked in as a door dasher instead of a customer. And got yelled at because my order has already been picked up by a different driver. It's ok, it happens. And Doo dash is going to send a few drivers before they figure out an actual solution. It happens all of the time. You know what doesn't happen all of the time? Getting snapped and yelled at by employees for no reason.

They turned me down and threw away a $20 sandwich when I asked for an extra piece of bacon to at least cover the bread when I was already paying an upcharge for double meat. He told me it’s inventory night and bacon doesn’t count. Decided they’d rather eat a $20 sandwich than give a customer one piece of extra bacon. Imagine.
