Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a new location in Ashtabula Township. Against my better judgment, my wife and I ordered subs the first day they opened (around 6pm) and it was a bit of a trainwreck. I'm not basing this review on that visit though because it was their first day. As with every other grand opening, it was chaos, but they had all hands on deck - I counted 23 workers busting their tails. Anyway, this review is for a week after. We ordered ahead (again) through the app (super easy) for pickup. We decided to get the Hot Italian... It was delicious! I absolutely love their hot pepper relish and, happily, they didn't skimp on it. We will definitely be back for that sub and possibly try some others. I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! I ordered the Chipotle Cheesesteak with extra cheese, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was hot and flavorful, the chipotle sauce had the perfect amount of kick, and they were generous with the extra cheese just like I asked. Everything tasted fresh and was made perfectly. The service was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, attentive, and worked efficiently while still making customers feel welcome. The store was clean and well organized, which always makes a difference. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

I have ordered here several times since they have opened. I ordered a salad for lunch on opening day. I have never had a salad from here and it was amazing!! I will say my favorite is Mike's Famous Philly! The staff is always welcoming & helpful! Store is always clean every time I have been in there.

This has rapidly become my favorite sandwich place! The food is absolutely top notch, several different orders all made accurately and tasty. Service was prompt and very polite, even when busy. Clearly a very clean and well managed store!
