Jelly Donut

My experience here at jelly donuts was satisfying, I loved there ham , egg , bacon croissant 🥐.I did add avacado in so delicious and satisfying, great job jelly donuts . And I also got a cinnamon mocha coffee and a hot chocolate, me n my better half loved everything, the croissant was very crunchy, which gave it a great crunch nice work . 👍🏼.

The last time I came here was on April 24,2025 . My house and my job is 5-7min away from Here and since 2008 I have been coming to the jelly donut . The service is friendly and really good food and coffee but on April 24 I got my usual a croissant and coffee and my croissant had a little cockroach Toasted with my croissant. At first glance I thought it was a little burnt spot when I removed it with my nail I had to scratch it off . They did offer me to give me my money back and replace my food but no thank you . I just stopped coming here . It took me over 6months to put this review because I felt bad because I like the staff/owners they are very sweet . But honestly eat at your own risk

The absolute worst service this morning, just after 6AM. Was at the drivethru, 1 car in front, never moved for 5 minutes. Decided to walk inside. A lady was ordering, waiteded to be next. The female behind the counter served her and then walked away, not asking me if my husband was ready. He stood there another 5 minutes, until a male employee finally came to take his order. Just as he was about to order, the employee interrupted and said he wasn't next in line, that a lady who walked in after, was actually next. Absurd! Whoever is the manager of this store, check the video, absolutely ridiculous, horrible service. Were we discriminated against because of my husband's Giants jersey or because of our ethnicity? We will NEVER return to this donut shop and plan to tell everyone we know. Wor
