RT 66 Hot Chicken

I got the Chicken wings and the potato mozzarella korean hot dog (the one without meat) and they were both very good, the hot dog had crispy potato on the outside, the batter was mildly sweet, not too much, the cheese was very good quality. The chicken wings were also very good! the wings were still crispy when we got them and very good and saucy, the buffalo sauce was very good, the best I've ever had, the ranch sauce was very nice, the water was brought to us quickly while we waited, the decor is very nice as well. there's many holdovers from the former store of Mochinut, such as the themed tiles and a donut plushie, the chairs and decor is much the same but with neon chickens! the chips are only 1 dollar, and the health rating is A.

I am a hot chicken addict myself and I've been to all the world famous hot chicken places around the States, but by far this place has hit my taste the best. I ordered the Medium flavor, menu #3 (1 tender, 1 slider with fries). Best thing about this place is they blend well the taste of spice along with different spicy levels, and you will NEVER feel like chickens are too greasy or peppery. Chickens are perfectly fried and i loved that its not too salty (which a lot of other places do). Great prices, great quality food, and great place to dine in or quick/easy to go. Try this place before it gets busy. Your time and money spent will be so worth its value 🥴🍗🔥

Loved the tenders, corn dog (Korean style), and the spicy wings! Spicy wings were really good, a must try. Fries with Cajun spices were delish!! I highly recommend giving this place a try! A gem in La Verne!!!

This spot is definitely a must-visit! The chicken was so juicy and perfectly crispy on the outside. Each bite had a good mix of crunch and spice, I can’t handle a lot of spice so I got the mild which was perfect for me. We also decided to try the Korean corn dogs. I’ve been wanting to try these for a while. We got the 1/2 and 1/2 to taste both mozzarella and hot dog. I will definitely be ordering them again! I liked the mozzarella better, it was perfectly golden and just the right amount of crunch. The staff is genuinely friendly, fast, and attentive. You can tell they care about the food and the customer experience. I’m really glad we gave this place a shot! We will be back for sure!

Great food - great spice. Wait was short and the service was really courteous. Only drawback is they could use some higher quality and more seating. We had to move tables around to sit with 4 people and be able to eat. Bonus! They gave us a free corn dog as part of the grand opening.
