A delightful experience! The young gentleman with the fashionable perm and pretty smile was so very kind and gave wonderful service. The food came out in an orderly manner and met every expectation you would have for a reoccurring Michelin star winning restaurant. The wagyu slices were tender and the ribs sweet and savory. The selection of entrees came out to be quite eye-catching and can only be described as a work of art in itself. Even the water tasted exceptional, but that is perhaps because I’ve been saving my appetite for this dinner. The dessert, chocolate soft serve ice cream topped with sea salt caramel and truffles, perfectly balanced sweet and salty that left a nice chocolate-y but not too sweet after taste by the time we walked out the restaurant. Loved our entire experience at Jeju Noodle. Our server Chang was amazing. He had great attention to detail and we loved all of his menu recommendations. But you can’t go wrong with any of the menu items here! The service was amazing, food top notch, ambience felt cozy and exclusive. Highly recommend!

This was, unfortunately, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in New York, and the first time I’ve felt the need to write a negative review. I genuinely do not understand how this restaurant has earned a Michelin star. We made a 5:30 PM reservation based on multiple recommendations. The atmosphere was lovely, and the host was very welcoming, which initially set high expectations. However, once seated, the service fell well below standard. Our server did not introduce himself(which is fine but there was also no indication that he would be our server) None of our dishes (toro ssambap, yukhoe salad, gochujang ramyun) were explained when served, and there was no check-in throughout the meal. Meanwhile, the table next to us was checked on multiple times, which made the la

We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the lobster ramen, spicy pork ramen, and fluke (pictured). Special chicken sandwich is a must as well. The flavors in each dish were so unique and blend so well together. Also, we cannot say enough good things about our waiter, Kai. He was not only knowledgeable and attentive, but it was a pleasure to chat and get to know more about the restaurant and himself. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall rating: 4.7 Price: $131 pp w/ tip I went here years ago before it got popular & had good ramen. This time, I went with friends & tried all the popular dishes. Not going to lie, some of it fell very flat. The service was super nice though! Here’s my opinion of what we ordered: - Toro Ssam Bap: 5/5 worth it - Jeju fried chicken: 5/5 completely underrated - Lobster Myun: 3.5/5 meh - Ceviche: 3/5 didn’t do it for me - soft serve: 4/5 delicious
