Jefferson's Restaurant & Taproom

Hands down our best fine dining experience ever. The server learned our names and addressed us as Mr. and Mrs. The attention he was beyond expectation and our drinks were always filled. They really timed the meal so well, bringing the next course in a perfect rhythm. We tried a variety of appetizers including the wagyu and the octopus, and we enjoyed the filet minion for the main course. For dessert the bread pudding and creme brulee. We actually spent 2 hours here just enjoying the meal and conversation. It flew by! You must give it a try for a special occasion if you are in the area. Be warned, reservations fill up quickly!

The Jefferson Restaurant was one of the nicer venues on the Omni Homestead properties. You do need reservations. We had the bolognes & Farro risotto with truffle. Delicious!

The steaks were outstanding. You literally could eat it with a spoon. All the food was wonderful. Service was great. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, they go above and beyond to make the evening special.

I rarely leave poor reviews, but my experience at The Jefferson Tap Room last night was truly disappointing. Easily top 5 one of the worst customer service experiences directly from the waitress, Alicia. I’ve dined previously at the Jefferson Restaurant and had a great experience, so I expected something in the same realm of quality. To start, it took over 45 minutes just to receive any food. When it finally arrived, my companion’s salmon burger was cold, and my burger was cold and missing several ingredients that were supposed to be included. We tried to resolve the issue, but our waitress, Alicia, never returned to check on us. I attempted multiple times to get her attention, and when I finally did, her response to a simple request to correct my burger made me feel like I was inconvenie

This dinner was the best I’ve ever had. Service was great and very family friendly. The restaurant is a bit dim but the tables had their own rechargeable lamps, so that came in handy. Our server was very attentive. We ordered the French onion soup, it was so cheesy with the right amount of breading inside. The filet mignon was so juicy, the flavors really popped, I didn’t even need the sauce that came with it. The salmon was perfect, I was so stuffed but couldn’t stop eating it. The onion rings were superb, with cheese and sauce. We finished off with the lava cake, it had a vanilla sauce, great combination.
