Took a Craft of Specialty Coffee class & it was amazing. Knowledgeable & friendly staff with multiple stations for learning more about home brew methods, espresso machines, & cupping!

Consistently impressed by JBC coffee. We attending a coffee cupping class and got to try out 4 different coffees. The Wilton Benitez Java is so good! We got a bag to make espresso, and it tasted like a fruit bomb. Highly recommend coming here for freshly roasted beans, and the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly.

My partner has turned me on to flavored coffee and I used to enjoy a good quality Coffee Bean with no flavor. Having JBC's coffee once again reminds me that an amazing roaster such as this one can have natural flavors in your coffee prepared black with no other additives and blow your mind. Customer service and coffee quality are above and beyond. Can't say enough good things. I live in Columbus, Ohio with plenty of good coffee shops around, but the only coffee that I've ever had come close to JBC's quality and flavor might be Tandem Coffee, but it's much more expensive than JBC's.

JBC is the best roaster I've found in the Madison area! I stop by for beans every couple of weeks and leave impressed by the quality. These are premium coffees, and they do cost a bit more than the stuff at the grocery store, but they are worth every penny! Thanks for the awesome experience, guys.
