JAWS sushi

Beyond delicious. The restaurant has all kinds of nostalgic decor which was amazing to see. This location is where my daughter tried her first bite of sushi and we all loved what we ordered! The miso soup was super tasty. My favorite sushi offered was the shrimp tempura. Would love to see some type of sweet potato tempura or a tofu roll offered one day. Delicious.

Our favorite place to celebrate special occasions with our kids. Outstanding sushi -- the Salmon L. Jackson roll is a winner, even our pickiest child downed a piece and praised how delicious it was. The pulled pork buns were heavenly and the strawberry mochi is the perfect ending. Appetizers, mountains of sushi for 4 people, 5 cocktails and 7 mochis came out to $240 after tip, which is incredible considering the quality.

Food is of a good quality. The staff are friendly. The scallops were very good they had an excellent texture and a very fresh sweet taste that finished slightly creamy. The AFT roll was very good as well. I enjoyed speaking with one of the sushi chefs, she was very kind. Waitstaff was attentive but not over burdensome.

THE BEST SUSHI IN FORT COLLINS. Period. The end. Travis is an incredible chef and whips up the greatest Sushi I've had. Let's not deny that Fort Collins isn't a hot spot for Seafood. Yes, we try our best but its mainly mediocre at best. Luckily that's not the case at JAWS. The fish is always fresh, the price is great, and the creativity is staggering. The "chum bucket" is a great, imaginative idea for a dish and really hits the spot when it's on the lunch special.

Just incredible. I grew up in South Florida and this is the tastiest sushi I've ever had. Travis made me an incredibly special dish. I cannot explain how flavorful and texturally savvy this sushi roll was. I could not believe how buttery the salmon sashimi was. I cannot wait to travel through the area again to have this incredible staple to sushi
