Customer Reviews
Real Korean comfort food that took me right back to the small lunch spots run by aunties and grandmas during my exchange in Korea two years ago. The kimchi is amazing (likely house-made) which is always a sign of a good Korean restaurant. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the set meals are solid value at $17, including both the main dish and soup.
The food was absolutely delicious, and all the side dishes were so good as well. The server was very kind, and the restaurant was clean and cozy. Both the pork belly bossam and the yukgaejang were incredibly tasty, and the spicy beef tripe salad (I’m not exactly sure of the name, but this is how it was written in Chinese 辣拌肚领) was also excellent. I highly recommend trying it! I will definitely be coming back again next time.
Very nice and cozey restaurant with superb customer service, coupled with excellent foods! The price is more than reasonable too! Highly recommended!!
Really great lunch specials 11-3PM. Low end pricing from $13.77 for most dishes! They have a lot of soondubu soups, stews, and other things like bosam / bibimbap. Their $17.46 combo meal of bibimbap w/ choice of 4 soups (miso, kimchi, spicy beef, or soondubu) is an amazing choice / great value. I agree with the other patrons who mentioned food size. The portions are generous. The ban chans are good (salted peanuts, preserved soy sauce marinated veggies, and kimchi). The soondubu is good. It doesn't taste like the typical Korean tofu with the intense gochujang paste but still very good. It had an oily red layer on top that we skimmed off (wanted to prevent excessive oil/acne LOL). Bibimbap was good with a scorched bottom. Hot water is served in plastic cups. They speak Korean and mandarin
9.2/10 - Insane Portion size for Cold Noodles, very little meat though - Most banchan hit really good :) - Soondubu, Galbi, everything is just so good. - Takes a little while to get dishes through, but genuinely good people and good food - Came here multiple times
