Jamba

I love walking into Jamba and immediately being served, they always have a smile on their faces and are so kind. The bowls and smoothies are actually amazing. I usually get the acai primo bowl, and it's always made to my liking! If you are ever craving a smoothie, or a breakfast bowl, this is definitely the place to go!

I had an awesome experience at Jamba Juice, and Natasha made it even better. She was super friendly, welcoming, and made the ordering process smooth and easy. My smoothie was fresh, perfectly blended, and tasted amazing—exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell they use quality ingredients, and everything was made with care. Natasha’s great customer service and positive energy truly stood out and made the visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Natasha was so helpful! I went in and had no idea what I wanted, she was very thorough in helping me choose a smoothie. She was very smiley, and seemed happy to be at work which is rare nowadays. 5 stars alone just for her customer service. Amazing. Will be back

I really think the employees here need more training on how Jamba Juice employees are supposed to act and treat customers. I used to work at Jamba Juice and every other location I go to is way different. I went today to get food and smoothies for me and my kids. I was told the pretzels were going to take 15 minutes to make, which was fine so I went to wait in my car. I came back in and the girls working were just standing around talking while my smoothies were in the blender sitting there. Once she saw me, she poured the smoothies, one of which was only halfway full and not at all blended. Meanwhile, the other employees are over here talking about having a cut on their hand with no bandaids in sight. That’s not really something a customer wants to hear in a food establishment. I was there on Saturday and the cashier was excellent at helping me and my two picky daughters figure out what we wanted and made great suggestions and was very friendly and the girl who made our drinks was so sweet and put them in a drink carrier for us and made sure my daughters liked the drinks before we left the store!! definitely recommend coming to this establishment for amazing customer service they went above and beyond for us!
