Joe's Donut Shop

First time stopping here. Great donut shop on way to Mountain Hood. I had the chocolate covered Boston cream and it was great. The apple fritter is also great.

Joe’s Donut Shop has delicious, super soft donuts that are perfect any time of day. 🥯✨ Prices are very affordable, and they also offer hot drinks to go with your donuts. The service is quick, and the staff is very friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. They accept both card and cash payments, have plenty of parking, and offer seating areas where you can sit, chat, and enjoy your time. Definitely a must-stop spot if you’re in Sandy!

[ ] Glazed Cronut- Whitney was skeptical of the style here but I love the literal croissants that were glazed. Probably my favorite thing we got. [ ] Apple fritter- quite delicious. Good apple mix. Good spice flavor. Lovely texture. [ ] Apple sauce cake donut- amazing! Reminded me of any of our favorite apple cider donuts. Just needed to be warm and covered in cinnamon sugar! [ ] Maple bar- soft, fluffy, with an amazing maple glaze. Would absolutely get again!

No better spot to stop on the way home (or to) and early hike near Mt Hood. The donuts are fresh and delicious. My personal favorite is the maple bar filled with cream. The line sometimes gets long, but it moves fast.

I foolishly thought “how good can a donut really get??” Before eating these as an adult for the first time. These are easily the best donuts I’ve ever had and just in a league of their own. Fresh, flavorful, and crispy on the outside, with a light and fluffy interior. These donuts the next day are still better than any you’ve had.
