Jack's

I walked through the door and was greeted with great customer service. Everyone had smiles on their faces and Dusty, Keshawn, Marissa, Undrea and Brandy took great care of me! Food was fresh and hot! The biscuits were light, fluffy and melted in my mouth. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean restaurant. Also the person at the counter Tammy is super nice and helpful, this world needs more people like her, my wife and I throughly enjoyed our meal and experience there. If you are in the Ocilla & Fitzgerald area stop by and enjoy a meal at this Jack's, I believe you will be glad you did.

Service was great. Ms Tammy is so sweet. The management team is quick to fix any issues I've ever had an even goes beyond to make things right and does so with a good attitude which is everything I expect when I am spending money at a public establishment. Even BOH employee was very nice and quick to fix an issue ( missing a sausage biscuit). Employees are the face and first impression of any business and how they interact and react with customers is priority for me. It says ALOT about the leadership and work culture there. If your team is miserable, it will show. Always take care of your team members and you will be a successful restaurant. Food is hot and fresh. Overall cleanliness during lunch has been good. I will return on my next trip through Ocilla , Ga. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Let me start by saying what an amazing experience I had today at Jacks. There was a young woman who went way out of her way to make our visit great. I asked her age and she said 22 and then told me she was the general manager. Even after dealing with some very rude customers right in front of me, she stayed polite, smiling, calm, and professional the entire time. That kind of leadership, composure, and character at such a young age is rare. Reagan, you absolutely blew me away.

We always have a great experience when we visit Jacks in Ocilla. The manager Keyshawn is awesome. Always greats you with a smile and a great attitude. Food is always delicious and fresh.
