Jack's Family Restaurant

They have a great menu and the food is delicious it’s my go to place from now on and chicken is my favorite food the breakfast is awesome

We had an outstanding experience at the new Jacks in Vicksburg. While it may be a chain restaurant, they made us feel anything but ordinary — from the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Our group of about 30 people showed up, without advance warning, just an hour and fifteen minutes before closing, which can understandably be stressful for any restaurant. Instead of seeming frustrated or rushed, the staff genuinely appeared happy to serve us. They were organized, attentive, and incredibly gracious. Every order came out in a timely manner, and everything was fresh and piping hot. The food itself was excellent. Food is very good staff is friendly and service is pretty fast they don't make you pull out of line like McDonald's or burgers king does

We ordered online and they gave us a 10 minute ready window. Even though they were absolutely slammed with people it was ready and hot when we got there. Their workers are so nice whether you go through the drive through or inside. And the food was great! Absolutely will be going back!!

Great food. But I’m not too crazy about having to listen to Fox News. The food can be the best food in the world; but, if you’re playing Fox News, or any other news network, for that matter, it ruins the experience. They were playing sports; but, I guess that got too boring. Food: 5 out of 5 stars. Service: 5 out of 5 stars. Atmosphere: 1 out of 5. Overall, 2 out of 5 stars.
