Baer House Inn LLC

Our stay at Baer House Inn LLC, was simply amazing! This was our first experience with lodging at a bed & breakfast and the bar was set high by this establishment. The beauty and integrity of this historic home is breath-taking. It has charm, our room was spotless and cozy, the selection of books in the library was vast, and breakfast was delicious. I must not fail to mention the incredible hostess, LaTonya. She went above and beyond in providing us with personalized service and making us feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable in telling us the history of the home and the surrounding areas. I look forward to our next visit. --Charmaine and Steven

My husband and I were directed to this bed-and-breakfast by an amazing staff member at Walnut Hills restaurant - home of the best food in Vicksburg. We were absolutely overwhelmed upon arriving at the Baer House Inn B&B. The mansion is gorgeous and impeccably clean, and Latonyia was the most thoughtful host we could imagine. Our room was beautifully appointed with incredibly comfortable beds, top-of-the-line bedding, and luxurious towels and toiletries. The silver tray with wine upon arrival was a much appreciated touch after a long day. Breakfast in the formal dining room was home-cooked and absolutely incredible. This place will not disappoint. The staff is so accommodating. This could be a wonderful couples retreat, girls weekend or even family friendly.

This is by far the best bed and breakfast we have stayed at. Latonya is a warm and caring host. She made sure our every need was taken care of. We had wonderful conversations. The entire staff was caring and accommodating. The room was spotless. If you will be visiting Vicksburg, this is the place to stay!

This is an absolutely wonderful inn and a great place to stay in Vicksburg. We got there in the early evening and found a beautiful main floor with high ceilings, delightful parlors and sumptuous dining room. The host, Latonya, was so welcoming and made us feel right to home. The room decor, especially the massive bed, made us feel like we'd stepped right back in time, except for the modern plumbing and heat! We slept great and woke to coffee in the hallway and then an excellent breakfast. The morning we stayed was one of the best quiches I've had along with biscuits that I could have continued to eat all morning. My granddaughter and I were invited to stop by the Barr house on Halloween. I am truly happy I accepted the invitation. I had no idea the home was filled with so much history. The Baer house is simply beautiful!!! filled with antiques, shinny solid wood flooring, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The house is spotless, smells wonderful, and located close to Vicksburg other historic sites. The property manager, LaTonya was very helpful and knowledgeable of the home’s history. She made us feel at home and invited us back as a guest. I could have spent hours on the grounds and listening to the history of the home. This was definitely a memorable experience for myself and granddaughter. It’s truly worth
