This is what they gave me. Completely unacceptable to the point that I took on bite and threw it away. I am positive that the egg was starting to turn.

After a drive of 30 miles round trip we open bag to find onlythree cinnamon rolls. Not chicken. Where's the remainder of order ? Told we had the complete order at window. $32 for three cinnamon rolls ?

Excellent food. Quick to seek out and solve any minor problem that may arise. Impressive. I’ll definitely be back!! I recommend the chicken dinner. Also, the 2 conecuh sausage with fries is excellent!

This location had free coffee refills, great creamer for coffee. I understand profit margins but the loss of customers should be a bigger issue. Little things like that can add up. Jack's still stands to offer the best customer service, let's not ruin that by consistently changing the things we love about the experience.

Last night I was given the wrong order, went back after getting home and realizing it. Cashier apologized for the mix up, there was lack of communication between the cashiers, she was unaware the other person had the customer park and wait on their order before me, mentions that manager would compensate because it took me a while and effort to drive back there. Manager says she can't give a refund and give me the food. So I just got a refund and took my business elsewhere. Not the first time they have gave out wrong orders or have missing items
