Wonderful experience today at the Muscle Shoals Jack’s location. Awesome job team! Great customer service, food and food value!

Ordered a chicken dinner that’s was over $25 I’m disappointed, it was just ok. The fries were cold and the chicken was really dry. I had to use a lot of BBQ sauce just to eat it. The slaw was alright, but tasted slightly like the fridge. The biscuits were ok, employees weren’t very friendly and I wish they had offered me some condiments.

The last 3 times I’ve went through the drive through I haven’t gotten all of my food. I paid for it but never received my whole order. The atmosphere is very aggressive during the morning hours. Will NOT be back

We had to pull up and wait a few minutes but the food was hot & fresh and it was the best experience I’ve had at that Muscle Shoals Jack’s on Wilson Dam Rd in a Very long Time. The manager that brought out our food was cheerful, kind and apologized for the wait.

I eat a double gravy and biscuits with scrambled eggs and a large coffee every morning. It's always hot and delicious. The Wilson dam road location is always on point the staff is friendly and courteous. Thanks for being my breakfast go to.
