Great place for Ramen and Tai dishes. Staff was very interactive and helpful with any questions about the different options, especially if you are branching out to something new like we were. Will definitely frequent back.

This restaurant is awesome! The full Japanese restaurant experience, with great atmosphere, friendly service, and delicious food. Best hibachi sauce I’ve had. We go regularly. Highly recommend!

The owners always come say hi and check on everyone after they have received their food. Staff is always friendly and service itself is always quick. This is absolutely one of our favorite spots to come. My favorite is the Char siu ramen bowl and boba tea!

Our family loves to eat at Fuji 168! The service is the best. The team at Fuji are genuinely happy and eager to serve you! The food is delicious, fresh and amazing! My kids love the coconut boba. We love the ramen, hibachi, pad Thai and other dishes! We have tried so many dishes and everything is the best!

Staff were great about making sure that food was perfect. Today they made a special Fuji bowl with scallops at my request! They had never done one with scallops before, but it was delicious.
