Jack's Family Restaurant

My father-in-law, Uncle, and family have been coming to Jack’s pretty regularly for the past two years and for the most part have had excellent service from the staff. I would definitely recommend Jack’s to anyone that wants a great burger 🍔 or chicken that’s always hot and fresh for a very reasonable price. Thanks for a great family atmosphere where you can come in and sit down to a good hot meal where you get your money’s worth every time.

I tried their new rib sandwich and it is so much better than McDonald’s!! I hope they keep it! The crew that was working were so very sweet, all of them! Carla and her crew were great!

Dear Jack’s Customer Service, I wanted to share my recent experience at your location. I went through the drive-thru last night and was very disappointed with the level of service I received. While placing my order, the employee repeatedly asked, “Is that it?” in a rushed and impatient tone, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by ordering. When I received my food, the bag was handed to me in a dismissive manner, and it was missing several items. I even overheard an employee say, “No, he didn’t get that,” in a rude tone when I questioned the mistake. I had to go inside to show my receipt and prove what I had actually ordered. Love our local Jack’s! The food is always hot and tasty. I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is always courteous, kind and helpful.
