I ordered my daughter a personalized ice cream cake for her birthday. The cake was decorated perfectly, it tasted fresh! Wasn’t stale. It was also done on time and they gave me a call to let me know it was ready. When I went in to pick it up, the staff was super friendly, place was clean, and it was the least stressful event of her birthday because they did everything just right.
Everytime I go there, I order a Traditional Banana Split, when I get home, I find that my order is missing ingredients (no nuts), the 2nd time I go, I specifically ask for nuts to be added, when I get home, the same thing, no nuts added to my order, VERY frustrating ... NOT Satisfied!!! Vic ☹️
It was great but needs more help. I felt so bad for the two workers that were running around doing the walk ins and the drive through...
