Orange crunch roll was great. The pear pressure was interesting, I did like the refreshing bite the pear gave against the raw salmon. Hummus where the heart is, is a vegan roll. I personally was not a fan, I thought the hummus flavor was overpowering all the other flavors of the roll. Service was quick, we were in and out within 30 mins of ordering. Great quick bite before we caught a concert at High Noon.

This place is great!! We did takeout tonight and brought our kids. We had no idea kids eat free on Sundays and we got 2 free kids meals! The sushi was made to order, fast and yummy! Lots of options and very allergy friendly. It’s a big place with 2 areas for outdoor seating. Lots of people around and very clean. People both eating there and getting takeout. I highly recommend and we will be back!!

This is a great lunch spot for sure. The staff are great and the service is super quick. The sushi isn't at the level of a nicer sit down, but it's pretty darn good. The miso soup is excellent, they have a great lunch special at a decent price, and you have to get the Angry Badger if you don't mind a little spice.

Jacknife is an absolute game changer for sushi in Madison. The quality is five-star—on par with their upscale sister restaurant Red Sushi—and honestly unmatched anywhere else in town. The rolls and gyoza came out quickly, and the presentation was clean. The sushi itself was good for quick fare. The pear pressure roll was an interesting take on a sweeter roller. Definitely recommend if you only have 20ish minutes to grab something.
