Jack in the Box

Only person there. I sat at the drive thru waiting for them to acknowledge me. Then the guy doesn't say welcome to Jack in the Box, he just said "yeah". Then I said Hello. He then said what do you want? Then it took 9 minutes to get my standard menu items. Then what they call large is not a large. The person who waited on me must have been having a bad day. They have poor management. It's fast food, go somewhere else. It isn't cheap anymore so you'd think you'd get your money's worth.

Im still here 20 minutes later, still waiting on my food. Just don't stop here. Waited 14 minutes at the sign to order, no acknowledgement, ordered at the windows, been waiting over 12 minutes here. Just go to the dollar store across the street, buy a grill and some burger meat,make your burger and cook it. Promise it will be faster. Note 90 minutes later my card was used for doordash. I didn't dash the food, so after 30 minutes to get cold fries and a cold burger, they ordered food with my card via tap to pay. This location is really, really METHED up.

This was my first and LAST delivery order from here. I got two meals and a salad with grilled chicken. I did not receive the chicken or the tacos with one of the meals. Plus, I can't get through on the phone to complain to the store... Go figure! Skip this place if you want to order in. They will not send all of your items.

Refused us service between 9:30pm and 9:45pm said they close at 10. Signage posted on the building says 12. But it was still 20 minutes til the 10 o'clock the rude and snarky young man at the window said they closed. He got aggressive when I pointed it out and when I asked for the store# and the managers name he told me he was the manager and again that they closed at 10 following up with slamming the window then putting his hands out like saying "Now what." The other Gentleman working that had been cleaning the grill was very professional and provided the information requested with the exception of the name of the aggressive "manager" that continued to instigate with continued hand gestures and comments under his breath. I will be calling the store tomorrow to attempt contact with the GM

Time for change. The food took a while even though I was the only person there. The breakfast platter, my go-to breakfast when I have not time to make one was simple impossible to eat, it was 8am and the egg was defenitely prepared in a grill that hasn't been clean and undercooked, the beacon was several degrees past dried, looked like Jerky, the hash brown patties undercooked, could have eaten the French toast but lost every will to eat anything. Straight to the garbage.
