Subway

( Happy food was cooked to order but app doesn't work and they don't except coupons ) because "i just work here" why do we get coupons if can't even use them? No idea if machines were down or not. Thanks for making my food 5star to that young lady but for coupons and store not properly working or whatever reasons were 2star.

I ordered online I asked for my meat only to be heated . The hadn't done it I took back and they microwaved whole sandwich. This made lettuce ,pickles and ,mayo hot . Mayo shouldn't be heated that way.Made bread rubbery. I will not go back.

I've never called back to a place. The evening I did. Had to call twice because the phone was busy. Not because of being busy. My husband spent 50$ on 4 sandwiches. They were the worst subway I've ever had. Not much meat. They were Philly cheese steak. The bread was hardest bread. I'm still upset. My husband is sickly and couldn't eat any. Even my grown kids couldn't eat it. I've never complained before. When I called them to tell them and I talked to the evening manger. She was short with me and made excuses. Had a very abrasive experience with who I was told was the “regional manager” (Lila Richard’s- I believe was her last name). I ordered my 6-inch sub and asked for cucumbers on the side as my chips. I’ve never had an issue with this at any other subway. In the past, I was usually given a cookie bag or bowl with a handful cucumber slices and was either charged for chips or given them for free… well the lady checking me out was attempting to do just that when Lila came up and told her no, then proceeded to pull the sandwich out of the ladys hand, unwrapped it and put 4 slices of cucumber in with my sandwich. I tried repeatedly to get her attention and explain what I was wanting but she completely ignored me & the other worker trying to help. The worker apologized to me and said she couldn't h

Came in 20 minutes just to leave 5 minutes ago with no food. Had to sit in line while the two employees were more interested in the conversation with a few customers about how they have ADHD and Autism. So I just turned around and walked out. I refused to wait another 15 min for a simple wrap that I wanted. Had to settle for McDonald’s unfortunately.
