Jack in the Box

Ive ordered 2x from this Jack and both times have been a doozey. This time was it. We ordered a salad and lit just a cheese burger. We ended up just getting the burger, or wait.. not even. We received the bun with bacon and lettuce. That's it. No explanation nothing. Last time was just incorrect orders. Its like they don't even value theyre customers.

this place is perpetually understaffed and the management is a revolving door as far as i know. i do not think across the past 4 years and >20 different orders me or folks that have ordered with me have gotten an order with no issues, no needing to call the manager and get a refund/free food/exchange/etc. this is THE MOST inconsistent fast food place in all of stanwood, so if you like gambling on your food order, go here? otherwise, if you like actual consistency, don't!

Came for breakfast for first and last time. Automated ordering and no staff for help. I was the only peron in the seating area. After 15 minutes I find food was sitting there whole time cold. Never called or cared. Screamed to back for coffee cream. 3 calls later get cream.

Wow what a dissapointment. I got a medium smashed swiss bacon butterjack meal and it almost came out to $20. I haven't eaten at jack in the box in over 10 years, and let me tell you it might have the same name "Jack in the box" but the food is not the same as it was years ago. The first thing I noticed is the overall burger shrunk to nearlt half what the old butter jack used to be. The bun was about 30% smaller, but the patty was at least 50% smaller!! The flavor was not very premium, artificial smoke, fast food kitchen, and slopped on condiments. For nearly $20 I exepcted alot more. I actually wouldn't go back even if it was cheaper because the quality is too low. For $20 I could have had a full meal at a real resturaunt and not eaten slop and chemicals formed into fast food.

Absolutely horrible.. they got my order wrong three times in a row and gave me free food.. Which was absolutely horrible. An it was still the wrong order… I have free food that I won’t use from Jack-in-the-Box because this corporation is a joke. Does not matter if it’s in Marysville, Stanwood or Everett, they’re trash.. this used to be my favorite fast food place but now they’re trash
