Jack in the Box

Drive thru - fast food? My transaction took 45 minutes from the time I entered the line. Got to the window; was asked if I wanted any sauce with my order. Mind you I was getting two orders of Jr. Jumbo Jack cheese burger meals. I requested catsup. Ordered a Dr. Pepper and Coke. Waited at least 10 minutes at the pick up window. Got 2 cokes. Waited some more. Told the guy he gave me 2 cokes. He handed me the bag and exchanged the sodas. He did apologize. But really!?! Fast food, my butt. Icing on the cake, there was not catsup for my cold fries and cold burger. Not the first time I've been burned by this joint but it will be the last time.

My new favorite burger. Too bad there are none in Nebraska. My first order was not even close to what I ordered. I wanted a no 8 and got a no 2. Still tasty. Service is slow, that's why I didnt return it. I didn't want to wait another 1/2 hour. 2nd time they got the order right so it was probably a different crew.

First let me say that the handicap parking is on the other side of the building not close to the entrance at all. Second you must order from A kiosk and some of the items in the kiosk menu they don't have. Third the staff have no idea what they are doing. So unorganized for a 5 person staff running around and getting nothing done. People waiting to order and people at the one kiosk they had really don't know how to use it and people piling up behind them. Not the first time we went but not much options in Parker and it's been the same each time we stop. But!! No more!! Whoever owns the store needs to pay attention and find the A team to work because the D team just isn't cutting it and I'm really surprised you're making a profit!! Bad business sense!!

I was treated very rudely after getting terrible service from this location. I placed and order(myself because they can't afford an employee to do that) and after 15 minutes I had to come to the counter to ask about my order. At that time is when they started making my food. When I was handed my food after another 10 minutes I was treated very rudely for asking for my drink as well. Do not give this place your money!!! Jack: no not respond to this review with your corporate non speak. I filled out my survey and expect a call.

How much more dissapointing can a burger meal be? The resturant was clean, the staff was really friendly and service was good. The burger was clean and neatly made. My problem is that the food itself was bland, the burger was tasteless and the fries under cooked eventhough the fryer had time drop and was set, I assume to corporate standards. Fries are not meant to be lightly fried and wilting. All that is, is warm oil saturating raw potatoe giving it a warm raw oily taste and texture.
