Wile E’s Baja Grill

Came to Wile E’s for the first time today and was super impressed. For starters the inside decor is adorable and well put together with a nice small bar, lots of tables and a few tvs. The menu has some appetizers, salads, burgers, rice bowls and tacos. We ordered the steak bowl and the pulled pork bowl and they were both delicious but liked the pulled pork best. They know how to make pulled pork! Our server Madi was awesome, lots of familiar faces with the owner coming from RoadRunners. Will definitely be back!

1st time there but not the last. Group of 6 and they were right on top of everything. Cute place and the food was fresh and delicious. So nice to find something other than greasy bar food. Thanks for the great food.

Stopped in for dinner, came back the next day for breakfast and the following day for lunch. Our group loved everything we tried and had no complaints. Their specialty drinks were great. Just remember its vacation time here in Parker so things come out a little slower than your used to. If you go in with the right mindset you'll have a great experience!!

Well it finally open,was excited to try out. Came in at 7pm not busy at all. Two woman working the front.. the service was the worst service ever. You felt like you being thier it was an inconvenience to these ladies. 20mins take order, chips and salsa for appetizer. I know everyone tastes is different, the chips and seasoning were fantastic. The salsa was great thin salsa not chunky. Food toke 20 mins to get food. Not once where we checked on, or were, our drinks looked at to be refilled. Food wife had steak tacos I hand pull pork bowl. She enjoyed the tacos. I thought the bowl was awesome! Pork had good flavor, rice had great flavor the beans stole the show wow delicious. Back to service are waitress i stand at the bar counter. Had lunch today, service and atmosphere was great. IPA on tap was great. We had a chicken bowl and the chicken was flavorful but rice was pasty and stuck together. Also had fish/shrimp tacos and it came with chips and salsa, shrimp in the tacos were chewy and maybe freezer burned. Chips and salsa were good.
