Jack in the Box

Had the rudest, most obnoxious service last night at the drive thru. We ordered two tacos, onion rings and then a classic smash jack combo. We get to the window and pay and everything was fine. We had to sit and wait for a little bit while they fixed the food, which was fine, AND THEN…the girl comes to the window and says you had two tacos, and then she said it again, and when we didn’t respond fast enough for her she closed the window and walked away with the food. About 5 minutes later, she comes back to the window practically tosses the food bag out the window at my husband and slams the door. Didn’t ask if we wanted any sauce, nothing. We check the bag and there were no tacos there, and only like 1pack of ketchup for an order of onion rings and fries. We had to honk the horn to get her

Great place for a quick meal when in a hurry. They have the best egg rolls around and the tacos are a great for a quick snack as well. It would be nice if they could add seasoning to the many breakfast sandwiches that they have. They are good as they are but could be so much better with a pinch of salt and pepper. All of the burger options are also good as well. And they do not have the issues with the icream machine like another well known ftanchise,!

I am extremely disappointed. While eating our food, I found a bug inside it. We are just passing through town, and after seeing this, I immediately lost my appetite and ended up throwing up. This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable. Food safety should be a priority, and this experience was disturbing. I would not recommend stopping at this location.

Good lunch experience here. I got the Jack Smash burger and it was very good and filling. This location just opened last year so it still had the new feel and look to it. Plenty of places to sit and free WiFi. Thanks Jack!! Keep up the good work Jack in the Box!

Since we don’t have a jack in the box in Lubbock anymore, we were in the area and thought we’d give them a try, especially since it’s been over ten years. The young man, Jacob, was curious and brought out our order and delivered it to our table. As we dined, we noticed he was a real asset to the business, doing multiple jobs.
