⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Jenny! Jenny was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. She answered all my questions with patience, made sure my order was perfect, and served my food with a genuine smile. Her friendly personality really stood out she made my visit feel special! It’s rare to meet someone who truly enjoys what they do, but Jenny definitely does. She’s a great example of excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! Thank you Jenny!!!

The usual greasy fast food you would expect to receive. I got a Sourdough Jack combo. It looked good. It tasted good. I got exactly what I ordered. The service was fast and courteous. The restaurant and restroom were all clean. The outside dining area and parking lot were also clean. I was happy with my experience.

At this particular drive-through, I consistently experience extended wait times.

Came in at 11:57AM on June 20th 2025. Had a mobile order for a grilled cheese and 6 tacos. Received the nastiest, overcooked and generally disgusting fast food I’ve ever eaten. Staff was frantic and not friendly or attentive and the wait was super long for no reason at all. Only received 4 of the 6 tacos I ordered but I was already on the road when I found out. The grilled cheese would be better off as a frisbee than edible food. This was horrible and I will never come here again unless I receive a full refund via their super unintuitive app. Photos include the order, the bag and all the trash that came out of the bag. Also side note, add napkins to all mobile orders. Are you actually kidding me? What a joke.

i used to like going to this jack in the box. recently whoever works here now are absolutely terrible. the attitude and they also can’t understand my simple order through a drive thru after clarifying with them multiple times. they slammed the windows on us multiple times even when trying to talk to them. this place is ridiculous i will not return because this customer service is terrible. fix your system here please it used to be better. they treated me terribly at 12 on sunday the 7th. i’m genuinely so angry.
