Late night food grab after a late evening. They forgot part of my order in the drive thru as well as the fries are so cooked they hurt to bite down on. Staff was nice.

Just ordered #18 n egg rolls via drive through. Gave me my food n said have a good night. We drove off not realizing she didn't give me my coke. Kept calling them n no one answered. It kept saying the box is full. So I will go by tomorrow for my drink. Making this review for the record. I was able to go in this morning and get a breakfast sandwich and was given my drink with Mt receipt with no issues. Thank you.

I visited the restaurant around 10:00 PM yesterday and ordered two Munchie Meals one Cluck meal and one Texas Double Burger. I clearly requested that both meals be made fresh and the burger with only mayo and lettuce, as I am allergic to mustard. Despite this request, mustard was put on the burger, creating a serious health risk for me. In addition, neither meal appeared to be freshly made. The food was cold and seemed as though it had been sitting for some time. The following day, I returned to the location to address the issue. Unfortunately, the experience became even more frustrating. The manager I spoke with was rude and dismissive and stated that there was “nothing they could do,” showing no concern for the food allergy issue or the quality of service I received.

Ordered uber eats got the burger with large fries the burger should have a regular amount of toppings. burger barely has any condiments as well as veggies. Lastly They gave a small portions of fries in a large fries holder… seems like specifically this area of restaurants all lack in customer service… it’s really not that difficult to make the order right. Its not rocket science. If I’m paying 14+ dollars for fast food I would expect it to have the sufficient quantity of fries or toppings… food also had a hair on it

I literally just left and all I wanted were two tacos and some curly fries. The curly fries were good and hot. The tacos were COLD AS CRAP. As if they were someone else and they just gave me them. I’m upset I called 8 times no answer.
