My experience with this firm was disappointing. There was very little transparency around pricing. I was never given a quote, range, or estimate before the work began, and there was no breakdown of what the total fee would cover. I was simply presented with a large bill at the end with no prior context. Communication was slow, and there was no meaningful tax strategy or advisory support. It felt like a basic filing service rather than a collaborative CPA experience. For the fee charged, I expected far more clarity, involvement, and responsiveness. When I pressed them on it, they were nice enough to give me a $250 credit, but the overall bill was still too high for what I think they did. We started working with Steven and his team about 3 years ago. We went to him because another accountant completely messed up everything. I have really liked working with Steven because he is honest about what he thinks is best for you and your finances. He will tell us what we should and shouldn't do.
