I dined here on Valentine’s Day. It had warm dimmed lighting so it felt cozy. All of the dishes were excellent! We had oysters with caviar and fish crudo. They were both so fresh! We also had a perfectly cooked rib-eye and a grilled mackerel with a side of brussels sprouts. Finally, the dessert was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had… it was basque-style drizzled with honey and topped with shaved truffle! It was to die for! Thank you to the staff for being hospitable and also making sure that the dishes were timely served. The whole experience was so memorable that I’ve told many friends about this hidden gem!

We had a phenomenal experience at Jabä! Everything we split was a hit. The 24 hour short rib and Chilean sea bass were exceptional, and the century egg peanut noodles are a must. Our sever recommended we try the fried pig ears and I’m so happy we did. Don’t miss out on the cocktail service either- most of the bitters and syrups are made in house and provided a real highlight. Finally, I just want to say a quick word about the service. My entire party left dinner talking about how excellent the entire staff was (along with the food of course). Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I know we’ll be back soon and I encourage everyone to visit before it becomes impossible to grab a table!

Gonna be my hidden gem bringing people to try Taiwanese food with a small twist in a higher quality, although slightly on the expensive side. ❤️‍🔥✨🥢Salt & pepper chicken was my favorite small plate. It came with basil which is a highlight in popcorn chicken. Chicken was tender and juicy. Sticky tofu was recommended by my friends, it was crispy with delicious pickled veggies. Oyster pancake was solid. Slightly small and not in a traditional way. 🥢✨Beef soup noodles was definitely a great option considering both the portion and price. It was delicious with meat and some veggies. Braised pork rice, same as above, tasty with a drunken egg! a better version of Taiwanese street food. 🍧💛💖Shaved ice was huge with avocado, mascarpone cheese and jelly. A traditional dessert with some western f

Food was phenomenal, prepared with high quality ingredients with dishes that brought me back to Taiwan. The cocktails were all incredible and paired well with my meal. I also like that the ingredient were seasonal and had deep flavors.

New restaurant! It ended up being around $100 a person with barely any drinks, which was on the pricier end. However, the lamb, chicken, and beef noodle soup were excellent. Razor clams were tasty. The meat portions for the soup was good. The dried noodle dish could have packed more of a punch. The egg tofu dessert was a bit disappointing since the tofu was so broken up. The potato and ice cream were good but extremely sweet. Overall solid 4/5. It was hefty for the price to value, and very dark inside.
