Izumi Revolving Sushi

I found a fish bone in one of the fish poke during my visit. I informed the staff, and they said they would report it, but nothing else was done. The plate was not replaced or removed from the bill. I understand mistakes can happen, but a food safety issue should be handled more proactively. I would have appreciated at least removing the item or offering a replacement. Overall the experience felt dismissive rather than resolved.

Sushi, sushi, sushi. Thats the reason why we eat here. The revolving sushi is fun to watch and you get to pick what you want and it tastes so good. Free hot tea as well!

I came here for lunch to see if the low rating was warranted. I’d say the current average rating doesn’t reflect the quality at all. The most recent reviews were definitely stale too. When I came for lunch on a tuesday, the selection at the conveyor belt was huge. They had a bit of everything laid out. I had a few rolls and a few nigiris. They were flavorful. I’d say the taste is pretty standard for sushi. The sushi rice could use a bit more seasoning/vinegar but it’s not bad at all. The things i tried were pretty good. Nothing amazing but i’d say I had a good dining experience. You can order special items from the touchpad as well. My nigiri took a few minutes (like maybe 3-5 mins?) to arrive but honestly, it wasn’t too bad as there were plenty of other options going around on the belt.

The sushi is fresh with great flavor. With it being a conveyor belt sushi setting, I would say the quality is definitely there and worth the buck. I love how fast the service is as well. whenever we ordered something on the screen, we will receive them in a timely manner, which enhance our dining experience. The tables are pretty small but manageable. Would definitely be back again.

This is a pretty solid sushi spot. The revolving aspect of it is fun and convenient. I like the fact that you can literally start eating as soon as you get seated. There is a touch screen where you can order beverages and food too so if you're seeing a certain roll or dish on the belt, you can order it to be delivered to your table. I usually go during non-peak meal times so I never really had to wait for a table. The staff are also great - easy to get their attention if needed and all were speedy with their service (never had to wait long for drinks or a check).
